Boil 3 liters of water |
Add 1 cup of soft brown sugar (or ½ box of brown sugar in pieces: ½ of 454g) |
Let boil another 5 minutes |
Turn OFF |
Add 5 tea bags OOLONG |
Let soak them from 10 to 15 minutes |
Wait until the water cool down to the temperature of the room |
Pour the whole into a glass jar |
Put the Kombucha culture there, covered by 1 or 2 cups of Kombucha tea ready to consume |
Do not use metal utensils, use only wood or plastic ones |
Leave this jar in a warm place, 25-28 degrees Celsius, in a quiet place, no direct sun, for 7 days. Then keep the tea in the refrigerator: it is now ready to consume (1 cup a day) |
